Section 1: Forms that Must be Returned

Section 2: Visa & Assignment expenses
- Timor-Leste Visa guidance
- Transiting through Australia
- Apply for a transit visa via the Australian ETA App (App available on Google Play or Apple store) if you are transiting 8 hours or more.
- Transiting through Bali, Indonesia
- Visa on arrival ($35 each way)
- Visa in advance (recommended):
- Go to molina.imigrasi.go.id and fill in the required information in the provided form.
- Make sure all information is correct, then proceed to payment.
- Choose a payment method, either a debit or credit card within the Visa, MasterCard, or JCB network. It will cost 500,000 IDR payable in FInpay ($34.39 USD)
- Fill in all the details on the payment page and verify your payment as requested.
- After completing payment, e-VOA will be sent to you by email. Download or print your e-VOA before departure.
- Go to the e-VOA counter upon arrival.
- The officer will scan the QR code on your e-VOA, verify your information, and put a VOA sticker on your passport

- Please make sure you have at least 5 blank pages in passport for visas
- Transiting through South Korea
- No visa required in transiting without departing the airport
- For travel you must have a valid U.S. passport and a visa or an approved Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) to enter Korea. Most U.S. passport holders traveling to Korea for tourism or business purposes for less than 90 days can obtain a K-ETA.

Section 3: Insurance, Safety & Security
Please review the information in the links below once your assignment is confirmed and at least two weeks prior to your departure date. These important documents include information about the situation “on the ground” and your insurance processes so that you are best prepared for your assignment.
