Section 1: CRS Farmer-to-Farmer Volunteer Handbook

We kindly request that you thoroughly review the volunteer handbook, as it contains valuable information to guide you throughout your assignment. This handbook serves as a comprehensive overview of the volunteer cycle from intake to post assignment. Additionally, it provides an overview of all relevant CRS Farmer-to-Farmer policies. All information found in the subsequent sections can be found within the CRS F2F volunteer handbook.

Section 2: On-boarding Documents

The below forms MUST be submitted to your Operations Specialist before we can book your travel. Please note that some links will automatically download to your downloads folder:

1. Passport with at least 6 months validity: Email to Operations Specialist
2. Volunteer Travel Information Form
3. Volunteer Agreement – US citizens
4. Addendum to the Volunteer Agreement
5. Medical clearance form
6. Banking information form

Note: Inform your Operations Specialist if you plan to add any personal days to your assignment dates. More details on adding personal days to your assignment can be found on page 5 of the Farmer-to-Farmer volunteer manual.
